After entering the necessary information, a 4-digit number will be issued.

For guests who have made reservations through Rakuten Travel, Vacation Rental, our reservation system, or airbnb, the number will be issued manually.
For reservations made through other reservation sites, the 6-digit code will be sent automatically to the e-mail address you entered when you made your reservation.
If you have not received your 6-digit code, please contact us.

Please enter the 6-digit code on the tablet located next to the entrance and complete the check-in procedure.
When the check-in procedure is completed, a 4-digit code will be issued.

2. Latoile is located in a village.
   Therefore, outdoor conversations will echo in the surrounding area.
   During the daytime, there is no problem, but please refrain from talking loudly, playing music, or doing anything that makes noise (fireworks, etc.) outdoors after 9:00 p.m.
   However, there is no problem indoors as the rooms are soundproofed to a certain extent.

The surrounding area is a mountain forest.
Therefore, the use of fire in the open air is strictly prohibited.
Fireworks, in particular, make a lot of noise, so please refrain from using them.
Those who violate this rule will be asked to leave the building regardless of the reason.

7. BBQ stove rental
   Because our facility is surrounded by mountains, we permit BBQs only on the condition that you use the BBQ stove we have provided.
